Office Assistant
Required Skills: • Experience purchasing items online • Fast and accurate 10 key and typing skills • Sharp and up to date with current internet / computer tasks; Very comfortable using a word processor, a spreadsheet, searching the internet, and using Windows based software • Basic accounting understanding • Professional and friendly phone personality • Detail oriented • At least 2 years administrative experience • Super organized and a multi-tasker • Physically fit (we do not sit around a lot!) • Loves to take care of people and get the job done! We run multiple companies out of our ranch in the Black Forest. We are looking for a professional, customer service oriented, organized Office Specialist to bring peace to our world. We have numerous e-tail stores. We are looking for someone who is very organized, patient, detail oriented and who loves using the computer. Duties include answering phones, customer follow-up, vendor follow-up, data entry and analyzation, inventory, shipping, receiving incoming orders, filing and keeping us paper free and up to date. We also have a computer consulting firm and a development company. Both of these ventures require a person with polished phone skills and great grammar and writing skills. Your office will be located on our ranch which is a horse boarding facility with a lot of animals around so being an animal lover with no animal allergies is a requirement for you to be happy here. This is a permanent part time 16 hours per week position earning $12-$18 per hour (depending on skill set and experience) plus benefits, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 10:00am to 2:00pm. We are flexible on the times as long as they are the same every week. We understand this is a perfect job for a stay at home parent to work while the kids are at school. But please note, you will need prearranged childcare for days your children are sick or off school as we work even when the kids are not in school. Here are some other important things to note: This position requires some heavy lifting of up to 30 pound boxes. We also carry full boxes up and down stairs daily. The warehouse and the shipping room have concrete floors and we move boxes around and work in these areas daily. So being able to work on your feet and wear good shoes is a must. It is 3 miles North of Falcon and 8 miles from Woodmen and Black Forest Rd. You must have a good reliable snow vehicle and not mind the beautiful drive. This position requires customer service with people all over our country and the world so a clear command of the English language over the phone and in writing is required.
